Literally, anything you can think of! When we sit down to design your initial portal, I'll start with a buyer interview defining 20 of the most common and helpful fields, and we will work together to customize your MMW portal from there. We can update your settings at any time as you narrow or update your search ... which happens frequently.

How do I access MyMarketWatch?

 

I will provide a live link to your custom portal you can access 24/7. This is a private link, available only to you and me. In it you can view listings, favorite homes, and even leave me notes.

How does MyMarketWatch keep me up-to-date?

After previewing your portal for the first time, we will set up alerts on a schedule that you define. MMW alerts will update us only to new listings meeting your exact criteria since the last report, making finding and focusing on homes EASY, and giving us time to respond quickly on opportunities that are an exact match for YOU.

What are "Professional Insights"?

In addition to the client-facing information contained in your MMW portal, as your Broker, I have access to confidential listing information and other professional real estate databases. We can review listing/mortgage and ownership history, run CMAs, review closed-price-to-list price ratios, research neighborhood demographics, access school reports, and survey environmental information! We will also have a window into buyer demand to strategize offers.
