Michelle had an easy and approachable demeanor throughout our selling process. She said, “I will take very good care of you” and she absolutely did. She repeatedly checked in on how the selling process was for us, goal wise, and even personally. Michelle was flexible with our needs, yet extremely well organized; she didn’t miss a beat. She helped us stay on task with seller responsibilities and even provided a color-coded calendar indicating “due dates”, while also consistently apprising us of progress and issues using phone calls, emails, and texts. She was very available when we had concerns, as well. Michelle was an all-star advocate in negotiations with the buyers’ agent, a skill she had to use multiple times to our benefit, and which she excelled at. She was delicate in the dance, yet very firm in her advocacy.

We also found that Michelle has a keen passion for marketing. She was driven to make our home as competitive as possible, hoping to generate multiple bids by way of precise timing of listing and open houses. Michelle took great interest in the media for our home, working hand in hand with the photographer to manipulate lighting, considering time of day for the shoot, and even including pictures of some of the quaint aspects of our 1939 home. We definitely toed the line on her recommendations to stage and provide access to our home and heads up…this required some hard work on our part, but it resulted in a picture-perfect presentation of our home. I believe Michelle would surely flex for any style of home seller participation, we found her irresistible!

Above it all, Michelle is a quality person. This is also not unlike the Realtors we have used before, they have been exceptional people, easy and lovely to work with just like Michelle. But something additionally wonderful about Michelle is her mission in helping people FIND the home of their dreams, and even to qualify even in less-than-optimal circumstances. (We obviously used her to help us sell but her passion was clear) We were fortunate to have decent eligibility to purchase our next home, but Michelle took the time to find and vet a realtor for a home purchase in Grand Junction which took an enormous load off our shoulders. Actually, she found us several Realtors in nearby towns, as we weren’t at first positive about where to locate.
